I have worked in the Lake Cypress Springs/Northeast Texas real estate market for over 17 years. Having begun my real estate career with Century 21 Butler Real Estate Services in 1993, I have considerable experience in real estate appraisal work, and have also designed and built five lake homes around Lake Cypress Springs. Since the mid-90’s, I have been consistently recognized as one of the top-producing agents in Northeast Texas, as well as on Lake Cypress Springs. This unique combination of experience and expertise gives me the ability to help clients understand the area lake market and to make informed decisions whenever they purchase a home here. This understanding expends to Lake Bob Sandlin where I sold my first lake property. With two degrees in Animal Science from Texas A&M, I am also knowledgeable about agricultural or recreational acreage properties, and have helped many clients find that special farm and ranch property. Since I am also licensed to sell real estate in Oklahoma, I have several very nice lake and acreage properties listed there, as well.
